About The Reg

Located in the heart of Waterford's Viking Triangle, The Reg consists of five bars built around the 900-year-old City Wall constructed at the same time as the adjacent Reginald's Tower. Each bar has its own unique character and offering.

The old style Craft bar hosts nightly traditional musician sessions and folk singers and offers a choice of around 10 local craft beers and ciders on draught. The Craft Bar also accommodates the largest selection of Irish Whiskeys and Scotch in the South East with over 80 varied Whiskeys and at least a dozen Gins.

The friendly bartenders are more than happy to tell you more about their whiskeys and a bit of local history.

About Bank of Ireland

For over 200 years, Bank of Ireland has been an integral part of the communities they serve across Ireland. They have been doing business in Waterford for most of that time with the first bank branch established on the Quay back in 1825.

With 250 branches, their network remains the largest in Ireland. They continue to invest in their network in the belief that this extensive unmatched presence in their communities will be recognised by customers locally through increased business flows. Through their core business, they provide day-to-day banking services and help customers at every stage of life's journey by providing the finance to support their decisions – whether that's buying their first car, moving house, starting a business or investing for the future.
