A Walk To Remember

Waterford Hospice Walk To Remember

Waterford Hospice organised the first A Walk To Remember in Waterford City in 2013 to raise funds for the Home Care Service as well as the new dedicated hospice facility.

Over 1,000 people participated and was a resounding success. The walk raised over €20,000 and help develop awareness of the need for the new hospice facility within the South East.

This year's 5th Annual Waterford Hospice A Walk To Remember, which takes place on the 12th November this year, is a 4km fun walk in the Eco Park at Kilbarry, Waterford. A family event, the walk is suitable for all ages - young and old. All funds raised will go towards the Waterford Hospice Home Care Service as well as the South East Palliative Care Unit, which is to be located on the grounds of University Hospital Waterford.

When you register for the walk, a sponsorship card will automatically be sent out to you, where we hope you fill to raise more.

We have a limited number of t-shirts available for this event but will be issued on a first come, first served basis.

If you already have a Walk To Remember t-shirt and are willing to wear it again, this will increase your donation to us.
