Celebrate midsummer’s day in style in the beautiful surroundings of the Majestic Hotel in Tramore with incoming President Jonathan Earl and sponsors AIB Bank.

Enjoy a drinks reception compliments of Legacy Irish Craft Cider, followed by a sumptuous meal and after lunch speech by Irish Times Editor Paul O’Neill.

This corporate event is the highlight of our summer schedule and an ideal opportunity for executives to network, make new contacts or re-engage with peers. Places can be purchased on an individual or group basis.

Paul O’Neill was appointed Editor of The Irish Times in April, 2017. He has had a long and varied career with the company, having joined in 1989 as London Correspondent. Over 30 years, he has been a news reporter, Crime Correspondent, Deputy News Editor, Finance Editor, Editorial Director and Deputy Editor.

In more recent years, he has played a central role in the transformation of The Irish Times into a digital publisher.

A native of Waterford, Paul began his career as a reporter with the Waterford News & Star in 1982 and subsequently joined the then Cork Examiner in 1989.

The acquisition by The Irish Times last July of the Irish Examiner, the Echo and a number of regional titles, including the Waterford News & Star, has brought his journalistic career under one umbrella.

What We Do For Our Members

What Our Members Say

“We found the Toys 4.0 Engineers exhibition to be an excellent platform for us to showcase our business. The attendees were exactly the people we hoped to meet and we are delighted to have made new contacts as a result. We also unexpectedly had some success in making supplier connections with other exhibitors. The venue was ideal with adequate sound and space and the presentations were informative. Overall the event was professionally run and we had an excellent experience. We will definitely be exhibiting again next year. I cannot recommend the event highly enough.”
