Date: Tuesday, 29th January

Time: 12.00–2.00pm

Venue: Dooley’s Hotel

The purpose of this workshop is to extract your thoughts regarding the Chamber’s position within Waterford and its role over the next three years, review what it is doing well and what can be improved upon.

Waterford Chamber conducts a strategic review and creates a Strategic Plan every three years, the purpose of which is to ensure a consistent service to our members. Over the past six weeks the Executive, Staff and Board have been engaged in a strategic review process with RIKON.

We really hope you can attend this workshop as the input of the wider membership base is vital to the effectiveness of this plan.

BAH Stage Door Bar

Date: Wednesday, 30th January

Time: 5.30pm

Venue: The Stage Door Bar at The Theatre Royal

Join us on Wednesday, 30th January for our first Business After Hours of 2019, with Everett’s Restaurant at the newly refurbished Stage Door Bar at the Theatre Royal.

Bring along your business card on the night to be in with a chance to win a pre-theatre meal for two at Everett’s and two tickets to Underneath by Pat Kinevane on Saturday, 6th April.

The Theatre have teamed up with Everett’s Restaurant for the evening who will be providing delicious canapés and wine.

To accommodate busy nights at the Theatre Royal the café has been converted to a bigger bar. Customers can now enjoy a pre-show drink from 7pm on performance evenings and order interval drinks before a performance.

Everett’s Restaurant opened its doors at 22 High Street in April of last year. Head Chef Peter Everett, a Waterford native, was thrilled to come home to set up his first restaurant business.

While working in Waterford Castle, Peter won the Eurotoques Young Chef of the Year competition. The win was a springboard to a successful career in Dublin where he worked in restaurants such as Chapter One and Restaurant Forty One. Everett’s combines fine modern Irish cooking with a relaxed atmosphere.
