The Regional Leaders Programme is aimed at professionals who want to develop their leadership competencies and will benefit companies seeking to increase the capacity of their internal talent pool.
With mentors and coaches from across a multitude of sectors, participants benefit from 1:1 sessions, panel discussions, and extensive networking opportunities as well as inspiring monthly events.
Thanks to the funding support of Waterford Chamber Skillnet, the cost of this programme has been reduced from €395 to just €296 pp, making this programme the best value for money in terms of leadership development training.
